Some investigation later and I discovered that electronic cigarettes are very much a quickly growing concern. A Search revealed there is no smoke without fire as almost six million results just for the phrase "electronic cigarette" were returned.
What is an electronic cigarette?

The nicotine chamber proves very useful as cartridges can be purchased in different strengths, permitting the user to reduce the amount of nicotine they intake until when they wish, can quit completely.
A nicotine cartridge typically lasts the same time frame as 15 to 20 cigarettes, thus developing a huge saving on track costs. Standard, medium, low no nicotine at all will be the various cartridge strengths.

Due to the electronic cigarette not emitting any dangerous substances, toxins or real smoke for instance, they are perfectly legal to smoke in public. Upon reflection the ecigarette is a healthier, cheaper and eco-friendly alternative to smoking and because the awareness and the market grows they have great potential to successfully replace the harmful cigarettes just about everyone has come to know and lots of of us have come to dread and fear.
