We compare Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail to Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin to find out which is the fastest Operating System with HTML5, Octane, Peacekeeper, Sunspider and V8. We will also be testing the Operating Sytems to find out how quickly they start up and shut down. We are testing Ubuntu 13.04 and Ubuntu 12.04 using the Firefox 20 with AMD FX 4300 CPU.
