Suggestion #3... Be organized. You will lose orders and lose clients, if you keep your papers in a heap on your desk. Usually make sure your order is posted on time. Keep an excel spreadsheet to keep tabs on which customers got which brochures. When you get really busy and have a big consumer base, it's important to keep an eye on this. Keep bills organized so you may keep an eye on who owes you money and who is paid entirely.
