family - Good parenting skills needs to be practiced everyday and all day. It is a challenging task but we must maintain it throughout. Children understand what makes you tick and what humors you. They will try items to test you, for this reason I emphasize on maintaining rules overall.

A good parent i think is considered as one who can show her child simply how much it is loved, one who can discipline the little one, one who can be trusted and something who shows respect. A child that is shown respect easily returns the favor.

I really believe in teaching morals and setting rules for kids. A child that has rules to follow along with in most cases turns out to be the little one with more respect. When I say rules I do not mean rules which can be set at a correctional facility for inmates. I will be speaking about basic rules and morals inherited to develop that child into the citizens we admire today.

music - Setting a bedtime to your child at an early age and staying with it is the start of showing good parenting skills. Using this method children will recognize that bed time is 8:00 or 8:30pm which is final.

Here are a few basic parenting tips that will assist you to maintain good parenting skills:

Never promise your son or daughter that you will attend his football game or her dance recital and you also did not show up. As a result your child doubt your trust.

Never give a punishment and don't follow through. For e.g. you said there will be no video games for this week when the middle of the week the child is playing the games because you allowed it. This child already realized you can't keep your word. It'll create a lack of trust which can cause problems in the future.

Both dad and mom should be on the same page when making a decision about your child. One parent should not be saying yes and the other parent saying no thank you. This will create animosity between the child and the parent who said no.

plaster carving - You don't want to buy our child's love. When we implement the right policies and hang up standards he will love you for what you are a symbol of. Before you know it he will come to understand that what you are doing is in his best interest.
