aikido - When I is at college I fell crazy about karate. I used to be a mathematician and rather repressed, and so i loved the opportunity yell, spar and exert myself full out. The teacher was an internationally known karate master, and that he provided my first experience of meditation and getting out of bed to what he called "the crystal moment."
