1. Water: Drink no less than 8 glasses per day. This is in addition to coffee, tea and diet soda consumption! If this sounds like hard, try squeezing lemon juice in it or even adding a product like Crystal Light. One trick I personally use is drinking from crystal stemware...Yes, it sounds silly, however it works for me...I'm special enough to consume water out of quite a glass!

2. Graze: If you are eating three meals a day you are really doing yourself a disservice...and heaven forbid you consume just once in hopes of slimming down! Eating small meals during the day will not only stabilize your blood sugar levels, it also has a thermic effect! This implies your metabolism accelerates!

3. Exercise: You need to move! Any weightloss program that promises you can lose body fat without actually moving will fail! There are added benefits to exercise: appetite suppressant and mood elevation....Get it done! Start slow. A short walk everyday will do wonders, and the more you move the more you will want to move!

4. Sleep: Get at least 8 hours. If you don't get enough rest your body becomes stressed. This is simply not condusive to fat loss.

Weight loss really is not rocket science. It takes commitment, but anything worth having usually does!
