1. Water: Drink no less than 8 glasses per day. This is in addition to coffee, tea and diet soda consumption! If this sounds like hard, try squeezing freshly squeezed lemon juice in it or even adding for example Crystal Light. One trick I take advantage of is drinking from crystal stemware...It sounds silly, but it works for me...I will be special enough to consume water out of a fairly glass!

2. Graze: If you are eating three daily meals you are really doing your hair a disservice...and heaven forbid you consume just once in hopes of losing weight! Eating small meals throughout the day will not only stabilize your blood glucose, it also has a thermic effect! What this means is your metabolism speeds up!

3. Exercise: You have to move! Any weightloss program that promises it is possible to lose body fat without actually moving will fail! There are added benefits to exercise: diet pill and mood elevation....DO IT! Start slow. A short walk everyday will do wonders, and the more you move the more you will want to move!

4. Sleep: Reach least 8 hours. If you don't get enough rest your body becomes stressed. This is not condusive to fat loss.

Fat loss really is not brain surgery. It takes commitment, but anything worth having usually does!
