1. Water: Drink a minimum of 8 glasses a day. This is in addition to coffee, tea and diet soda consumption! If this sounds like hard, try squeezing fresh lemon juice in it or even adding a product like Crystal Light. One trick I use is drinking from crystal stemware...Yes, it sounds silly, nevertheless it works for me...I am special enough to consume water out of a fairly glass!

2. Graze: If you are eating three daily meals you are really doing yourself a disservice...and heaven forbid you consume just once in hopes of shedding pounds! Eating small meals throughout the day will not only stabilize your blood sugar, it also has a thermic effect! What this means is your metabolism accelerates!

3. Exercise: You need to move! Any weightloss routine that promises you can lose body fat without actually moving will fail! There are added benefits to exercise: diet pill and mood elevation....Get it done! Start slow. A short walk everyday can do wonders, and the more you move the more you will want to move!

4. Sleep: Reach least 8 hours. If you don't get enough rest your body becomes stressed. This isn't condusive to fat loss.

Fat reduction really is not brain surgery. It takes commitment, but anything worth having usually does!
