Below are some of the secrets to successful fat reduction:

1. Water: Drink a minimum of 8 glasses a day. This is in addition to coffee, tea and diet soda consumption! If this sounds like hard, try squeezing freshly squeezed lemon juice in it or even adding for example Crystal Light. One trick I personally use is drinking from crystal stemware...Yes, it sounds silly, nevertheless it works for me...I will be special enough to consume water out of quite a glass!

2. Graze: If you're eating three daily meals you are really doing your hair a disservice...and heaven forbid you take in just once in hopes of losing weight! Eating small meals each day will not only stabilize your blood sugar levels, it also has a thermic effect! What this means is your metabolism increases!

3. Exercise: You need to move! Any weight loss program that promises you are able to lose body fat without actually moving will fail! You will find added benefits to exercise: hunger controller and mood elevation....Take action! Start slow. A short walk everyday will do wonders, and the more you move the more you will want to move!

4. Sleep: Get at least 8 hours. If you do not get enough rest your body becomes stressed. This isn't condusive to fat loss.

Weight loss really is not brain surgery. It takes commitment, but anything worth having usually does!
