3. Exercise: You have to move! Any weightloss routine that promises you can lose body fat without actually moving will fail! You can find added benefits to exercise: hunger controller and mood elevation....Get it done! Start slow. A short walk everyday is going to do wonders, and the more you progress the more you will want to move!

4. Sleep: Reach least 8 hours. If you do not get enough rest your body becomes stressed. This is simply not condusive to fat loss.

Weight loss really is not rocket science. It takes commitment, but anything worth having usually does!
