This is a delicious chicken food for you to make at home. The orange sauce is clean and tangy and somehow I end up eating a lot of :-).
It takes a little to get ready and isn't the sort of thing you would wish to make each evening of the week.
Nevertheless, it is worth the time and effort.

Lucky Fruit Chicken
4 total boneless chicken breasts, skin down
cup cornstarch (corn flour)
3 tbls water
4 egg yolks carefully beaten
salt, pepper to taste
shallots sliced
Fruit Sauce
cup orange juice
2 teaspoon powdered chicken share
2 tbls cornstarch (corn flour)
2 tbls honey
2 tbls brown sugar
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 cups water
For the sauce, incorporate all of the components in a pot and stir over a low heat until it comes and then thickens.
Slice the chicken fillets into 3-4 items. Lay flat and lb slightly with a mallet or other large object.
Area cornstarch in a pan and slowly add the water, and then add the slightly beaten egg yolks. Next add salt and pepper to your taste.
Dip the chicken pieces in to this mixture and ensure you drain well.
Place a couple of pieces of the battered chicken at any given time, into deep hot oil and fry until lightly browned.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Cut chicken more if needed.
Arrange o-n plates of freshly cooked white rice. Drop with shallots and spoon over hot lemon sauce.
Appreciate!
Then finish the food with a home-made Chinese Fortune Cookie.
Put a message in each cookie to suit the mood of the meal. It is a exciting way to stop any dinner.
