Why Coaching is Better Than Training

It isn't usually a participation event despite some role playing it may include. Although training continues to be needed in most situations, it is not as effective as coaching.

Knowing issues such as prior experience, temperament, and talent level help a teacher to adjust the approaches used. Coaching a fresh employee is vastly different then coaching a seasoned employee.
Training employees is still needed despite having coaching. Training allows a worker to understand new techniques and also the basic foundations needed to connect with the work they do. Coaching is utilized to help the worker apply what needs been taught. Continued coaching regularly ensures methods taught are executed correctly to result in minimal mistakes and errors from employees.
