Why Coaching is Better Than Training

Training employees is still needed despite having coaching. Training allows a worker to understand new techniques and also the basic foundations needed to connect with the work they do. Coaching is utilized to help the worker apply what needs been taught. Continued coaching regularly ensures methods taught are executed correctly to result in minimal mistakes and errors from employees.
