Why Coaching is preferable to Training
French lesson - Training involves teaching people what direction to go, when you do and how to do it. Training is telling people how to do things. It is not normally a participation event despite some role playing it may include. Even though training remains necessary for most situations, it isn't as good as coaching.
German tutor - Coaching is a participation event with interaction with the employees the ones. It is performed on the daily or continuous basis. It indicates helping with situations at various times when needed or required and letting the worker they're doing a good job. Coaching includes watching the staff member to help them process issues which help to improve the process while remembering to exhibit them how you can improve with encouraging words and actions.
Chinese tutor - The target to train is reassuring the worker they are doing an excellent job, and building their self-esteem to keep doing productive quality work. Past experiences make people accustomed to being always told the negative things they are doing as opposed to encouraging them by revealing the correct things they are doing. When seeing something which is performed incorrectly, politely point out the big mistake and show the worker the right procedure. Be sure you be polite and courteous constantly.
Coaching is also someone process. Each employee is different so the approach needs to be as unique since the person. To become totally great at coaching a person, the coach must know about the individual on a somewhat personal level. Knowing issues such as prior experience, temperament, and talent level help an instructor to regulate the approaches used. Coaching a new employee is vastly not equivalent to coaching a skilled employee.
Training employees remains needed despite coaching. Training allows an employee to learn new techniques and also the basic foundations needed to connect with the work they do. Coaching can be used to help the employee apply what needs learned. Continued coaching frequently ensures methods taught are executed correctly to result in minimal mistakes and errors from employees.
