This can be a de-licious chicken food for you yourself to prepare at home. The sauce is fresh and tangy and somehow I end up eating an excessive amount of :-). 

It requires a little to get ready and isn't the kind of thing you would need to prepare each night of the week.

Nevertheless, it's worth your time and effort.

I often make it once in a little while as a particular dinner for my husband. And it always turns out good.

Privileged Lemon Chicken

4 total boneless chicken breasts, skin off

Glass cornstarch (corn flour)

3 tbls water

4 egg yolks lightly crushed

salt, pepper to taste

shallots sliced

Lemon Sauce

cup orange juice

2 teaspoon powdered chicken investment

2 tbls cornstarch (corn flour)

2 tbls baby

2 tbls brown sugar

1 tsp grated ginger

1 cups water

For the sauce, incorporate all the materials in a pot and stir over a low heat until it boils and then thickens.

Cut the chicken breast fillets into 3-4 parts. Lay flat and lb somewhat with a mallet or other heavy object.

Position cornstarch in a bowl and gradually add the water, and then add the slightly beaten egg yolks. Next include salt and pepper to your liking.

Dip the chicken pieces into this mixture and make sure you drain well.

Place a few items of the struggling chicken at any given time, into deep hot fat and fry until lightly browned.

Drain on absorbent paper.

Cut chicken more if required.

Arrange o-n plates of freshly cooked white rice. Drop with shallots and spoon over hot lemon sauce.
