Their size: one is certainly still a cellphone, similar to its previous brothers, with a 4.7-inch screen, and the other moves clearly into the "phablet" marketplace, with a huge 5.5-inch display.

What would we choose? Both versions are excessively close to split the conclusion. Get both devices in your hand and see which one feels better, because everything else about these devices will effectively be exactly the same. There is much too little inside it. If you're a huge complainer take the 6 Plus.
